Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure all order details (recipient, address, message, etc.) are correct before placing your order.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we're truly sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lovedonesgifts.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item you received

  • A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • We sent the wrong item or made a mistake with customization.
